Stalk groups of prey with supernatural speed. Pick off stragglers and cause chaos in their backline with great sustainability while maintaining decent dps.

[Nightblade Active-ish] Swallow Soul: Player also recieves 10% more healing from all sources while ability is slotted.
[Nightblade Passive] Soul Siphoner: Increases Healing from Siphoning abilities by 15%.
Totals: +18% Healing from all sources (this includes potions afaik), and +33% Healing from Siphoning Skills.

[Argonian Passive] Amphibious: Increases swimming speed by 50% and the effectiveness of potions by 15%.
[Nightblade Passive] Catalyst: Increases potion effectiveness by 20%.
[Alchemy Passive] Medicinal Use: When using potions, resulting effects last 30% longer.
Totals: +35% Potion Effectiveness, potions last 30% longer.
+Movement Speed/Sneaking Speed
[Vampire Passive] Dark Stalker: Increases movement speed while sneaking. ESOHead doesn't specify how much exactly, but if this is to be believed, it's a major boost.
[Vampire Active] Elusive Mist: Take 75% reduced damage from all sources and gain invulnerability to all healing magic and control effects for 4 seconds. Increases movement by 52%.
[Nightblade Active-ish] Concealed Weapon: Passively increases stealthed movement speed by 18% while slotted.
[Alliance War Assault Active] Retreating Maneuver: Increases movement speed of nearby allies by 33% for 20 seconds, removes all snares and roots and grants immunity to additional snares and roots. Effects end when an attack is made.
Totals: Potentially +103% movement speed while in stealth, for 4 seconds at a time, and 51% at other times on top of being able to move at running speed while in stealth.

Key Skills:
Sustainability
[Nightblade Active] Swallow Soul: Deals 21 Magic Damage and heals player for 30% of the damage inflicted, every 2 seconds for 10 seconds. Player also recieves 10% more healing from all sources while ability is slotted.
Keep this on both bars for 100% uptime on the extra healing.
[Dual Wield Active] Blood Craze: Two hit attack for 5 Physical Damage. Affected target bleeds for 12 Physical Damage over 7 seconds. Player recovers Health every 2 seconds while effect is active.
Use this out of stealth to get a guaranteed crit. It does good damage, and the HoT crits as well. Also, if you reapply the critted HoT before it runs out, you keep the critted version even if you're reapplication doesn't crit itself.
[Nightblade Active] Leeching Strikes: While toggled, basic weapon attacks restore 2% Magicka, Health, and Stamina, but deal 20% less damage.
Use this when running low on health/magicka/stamina. Use in conjunction with Rapid Strikes to increase your light attack speed.
Stealth
[Nightblade Active] Shadowy Disguise: Gives player invisibility for 2.5 seconds and grants 100% Critical strike rating for duration.
Pop this before you break out of stealth to prevent being seen. Pop again during a fight for a guaranteed crit.
[Vampire Active] Elusive Mist: Take 75% reduced damage from all sources and gain invulnerability to all healing magic and control effects for 4 seconds. Increases movement by 52%.
Use this in conjunction with Shadowy Disguise, Retreating Maneuver, and the Concealed Weapon passive to nope out when you accidentally jump that Dragonknight with Silverbolts and he starts to wreck you or to catch up to that zerg you're supposed to be keeping track of. Who needs horses anyway?
Heal on Kill/Burst Damage
[Nightblade Active] Reaper's Mark: Marks a target for death. Player's attacks ignore 75% of target's Armor and Spell Resistance, and target's attacks ignore 75% of player's Armor and Spell Resistance. Killing a marked target restores player's health by 60% and increasing Weapon Power by 15 and Spell Power by 15, for 30 seconds.
[Nightblade Active] Killer's Blade: Deals 14 Magic Damage. Low Health targets take 300% additional damage. Heals player for 18% Max Health when killing an opponent with this ability.
Use these two skills to get a whopping 88%+ of your health back when you kill someone, on top of all the extra damage you'll be doing. Keep in mind that Reaper's Mark also increases your enemy's damage against you, so use it later in the fight when you're just about to end your opponent.

Attributes:
I'm unable to say exactly what I'll be putting my attribute points into without access to lvl 50 content, but you'll want to soft cap Health, Magicka, Stamina in that order. I'm not putting any attribute points into Stamina though, just armor enchants.

The skills listed above can be switched in and out, in addition to others I added in the calculator. Mix and match depending on the situation or personal preferences.
You'll see two points in the Mages Guild Everlasting Magic passive. This is because the calculator is bugged, and shows that passive where the Alchemy Passive Medicinal Use should be.
When participating in Group vs Group fights, make sure you install some Fire Resistance to counteract the +50% Fire Damage debuff that vampires suffer from. It's not necessary when running solo because you can always nope out of a fight with enhanced stealth speed + Shadowy Disguise or Invisibility Potion.
